About Star Kids Clinic

Star Kids Clinic is a child and family focused pediatric clinic in Markham. We see children from birth until their 18th birthday. We are accepting new patients by referral only. Please ask your doctor or midwife to fax a referral to 365-509-2154. Once the referral is received, we will call you to schedule an appointment. We also offer speech therapy and dietitian services. No referrals are needed to book with our speech therapist or registered dietitian.

Our Staff

General Pediatrician

Dr. Sriskanda received her Bachelor of Science (Honours) from McMaster University in 2006. She graduated from Queen’s University School of Medicine in 2010.

General Pediatrician

Dr. Kay completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences, Medical Degree, and Pediatric Residency training all at McMaster University.

Speech Language Therapist

Kavita received her degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toronto.

General Pediatrician and Pediatric Rheumatologist

Dr. Jennifer Lee completed her medical degree at Queen’s University, her general paediatrics training from the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario at the University of Ottawa, and her pediatric rheumatology specialization from SickKids at the University of Toronto. She was the chief fellow in her final year of her rheumatology specialization.

Consultant Pediatrician

Dr Watts is currently accepting new patients for primary care as well as consultations. Bio is pending.

Registered Dietitian

Alia is a Registered Dietitian with a love for home cooking and a soft spot for chocolate chip cookies. She believes that food, and the nutrients it offers, are the foundation for a healthy and functional body and mind. She also believes that food is delicious! And it can stay that way, even while we make lifestyle changes to achieve our best health.

Hello, my name is Leo Levin. After 33 years, I continue to be in awe of and humbled by the complexities and surprises of pediatric practice. I have learned so much from colleagues, teachers and students, and especially from the children and families I have been privileged to work with.

Dr. Garg completed his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He went on to receive his paediatric residency training at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth College, where he also served as the Chief Resident.

Dr. Paoyun Tang received her medical degree from McMaster University, before completing her Paediatrics training at the Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre, affiliated with Western University.

Dr. Veronica Chan received her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Doctor of Medicine degrees from McMaster University. She completed her Paediatrics training at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa.

Dr. Ching See Lau was raised in Toronto and trained in the United States at Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts in French, followed by a medical degree and general pediatrics training at Icahn School of Medicine in New York, and then pediatric palliative medicine specialization at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Clinical Therapist

With over 10 years of experience in the children's mental health field, Laura has worked in many settings including hospital (formerly on the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit at Markham Stouffville Hospital), day treatment, schools, and community mental health settings across the GTA.
